Packet pick-up in Henderson just a mile from Lake Las Vegas at Carmines Little Italy. Grab your packet and carb-up on Carmines fabulous pizzas and pastas. There will be a serious deal for all athletes and their families.

There will be (3) short Race Briefings at this Packet pick-up.

• 5:30: Race Briefing at Carmines
• 6:30: Race Briefing at Carmines
• 7:30: Final Race Briefing at Carmines

11-7-09 Saturday (Race day):

• 5:00am: Transition opens for both races*
• 6:30am: Big Dirt Tri swim course opens for warm up
• 6:45am: Big Dirt Tri Race Briefing @ Swim Start Beach
• 7:00am: Big Dirt Tri (long Course) Race starts. In water start, As of now, there will be 2 equal size, co-ed waves. Water closed to Sprint warm up.
• 7:30am: Swim course opens for Sprint warm up
• 7:45am: Sprint Tri Race Briefing @ Swim Start Beach
• 8:00am: Sprint Race starts.
• 9:30am: First Sprint and Big Dirt Tri finishers expected at finish.
• 10:30am: Bike course closed (cutoff time)
• 11:30am: Course Closed to all athletes.
• 12 noon: Awards Ceremony and post Race Party at Carmines Little Italy, Just outside the Lake Las Vegas Resort. Awards will be given to Overalls and plaques will be given to the 1st place in each age group.

ALSO!!!!! THERE WILL BE A RAFFLE FOR LOTS OF COOL STUFF. All athletes will get tickets. The prize drawing will be at Carmines during the Awards ceremony. You MUST be present to win!
